Reco Nature's Oven Clay Garlic Keeper

A Very Nice Container, (What's this?)
garlic keeper, (What's this?) I love this garlic keeper. I use to have another one but it was so small that you could hardly put anything in it. This one is very large and is great for keeping several head of garlic. I keep it on my kitchen counter so it's always in reach when I need it.
Great Garlic Keeper, (What's this?) We have had this garlic keeper for awhile now and we still love it! I had tried two other keepers before I found this one, and ended up returning both. Unlike many others this one has a nice wide opening which makes it easy to take garlic in and out of. It easily holds at least 3 large heads of garlic. This keeper also has a good amount of ventilation and looks great sitting on the counter.
too fragile, Wonderful size and shape, with a wide mouth so you can easily get cloves in and out. Very fragile. Mine chipped withing hours of having received it. I can't recommend it because of this.
works as promised, (What's this?)
Garlic keeper, First product arrived broken, (This is a clay pot). As soon as I notified shipper a new Garlic Keeper was sent at no charge. Only had to return the broken one within 30 days to prevent a second charge. Return postage was repaid. Second keeper arrived intact. Only other comment is it is big. It can easily hold 3 or 4 heads of garlic.
Wrong Item, (What's this?) I did not receive this item. I received a small garlic baker.

  • Holds multiple heads of garlic.Römertopf Nature's Oven clay garlic keeper.Crafted from unglazed terra cotta clay; contains no lead or cadmium.Wash by hand; made in Mexico.Allows garlic to last longer. For centuries food has been cooked in earthenware pots over open fires or in brick ovens. Römertopf carries on this tradition by crafting clay pots and dishes specifically intended for cooking a variety of vegetables, meats, casseroles, and breads in the home oven. Manufactured in Mexico, each vessel is made from unglazed and porous terra cotta containing no lead or cadmium. Before each use, the pot is soaked in water in order to absorb a certain amount of moisture into the permeable clay. This moisture is slowly released during cooking, sealing in the natural juices and increasing the flavor and tenderness. Decorated with a garlic motif, the Römertopf garlic keeper is ideal for storing multiple heads of the aromatic bulb.
